Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, online and telephone therapy sessions are now available.

Telephone Consultation
A free initial telephone consultation will be offered prior to starting therapy. This offers the chance to discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and whether therapy with me will be the right 'fit' for you.
